The Shoothouse Instructor Course provides the environment to learn how to safely and realistically train in a live fire shoothouse or apparatus. The focus of this course is on the safe setup, methodology and management of live fire CQB evolutions. Individuals attending will become familiar with case studies of poorly supervised life fire CQB evolutions, risk management strategies, weapons safety issues, minimum marksmanship proficiency and target placement zones.

There will be blocks of instruction on developing tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) for fighting in close proximity situations against hostile forces within a confined structure. Individuals will receive instruction on setting up live fire evolutions, managing safety violations, tactical guideline development for live fire training and under instruction live fire structure clearance evolutions.
